Please Note: MDCT Vault is  a live entertainment production company hat specializes in creating immersive. Multimedia experiences. Home to the Largest Vintage Barbie Collections, we offer unique experience of vintage toys and classic cars.  The MDCT Vault is an independent entity and is not associated with or sponsored by Mattel. All guests enter the premises and participate at their own risk, and release MDCT Entertainment Inc. , MDCT Vault and their  affiliates, successors, assignees, licensors and licensees from all liability of any nature while engaging in the event. Guests are encouraged but not required to wear masks during their visit. Guests are strictly prohibited from running, jumping, or climbing of any kind on the premises and/or within the experience. Strollers are not allowed inside MDCT Vault. Photos and videos of your experience are encouraged. Please be aware that by entering the MDCT Vault Premises, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, photos, and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release MDCT Entertainment Inc., MDCT Vault and their successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. MDCT Vault will operate in compliance with state and venue regulations and has implemented enhanced health and safety measures in an effort to limit transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19); however, all guests are reminded this is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or death, and by agreeing to these terms you assume all risks related to exposure. Do not enter MDCT Vault if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of these Terms, then do not access or use the Services.

Please carefully read these Terms of Use (these “Terms”) because they set forth a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of the entity (“you”, “your” and/or “guests”) and MDCT Entertainment Inc., MDCT Vault and their affiliates entities  (“we”, “us”, “our”, and/or “MDCT Vault”) and govern your access, attendance, presence, and entry into any MDCT Vault event, location, and/or exhibition as well as your use of any online service location that posts a link to these Terms. Concerning the to use of the website: MDCT Vault or mobile application related, and all features, content, and other services that we own, control, or make available to you including, without limitation, the purchase of MDCT Vault products (collectively, the “Services”). You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound all of these terms and condition.

We offer the Services, including all information, tools, and services available herein to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of and strict adherence to these Terms. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of these Terms, then do not access or use the Services.

By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure practices, and other activities as described in our privacy policy if you do not agree and consent, discontinue use of the Services.  

In some instances, both these Terms and separate terms elsewhere on the Services will apply to your use of the Services (“Additional Terms”). To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and any applicable Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control unless they expressly state otherwise.

MDCT Vault is a gallery and immersive with interactive experience.  All guests enter the premises and participate at their own risk. Photos and videos of your experience are encouraged, and please be aware that by entering MDCT Vault, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, photos, and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release MDCT Entertainment Inc. MDCT Vault and their successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.

MDCT Vault will operate in compliance with state and local regulations and has implemented enhanced health and safety measures in an effort to limit transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19); however, all guests are reminded this is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or death, and by agreeing to these terms you assume all risks related to exposure. Ticket fee is inclusive of any facility fee. Do not enter MDCT Vault if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.

 Terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We may not alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you expressly waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates relevant to your use of the Site. By continuing using the site you will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions.

Accordingly, the persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. 

The Site is intended for users who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Site. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Use prior to you using the Site. 

COVID-19 WARNING

In response to COVID-19, MDCT Vault has taken enhanced health and safety measures for our guests and team members. Please follow all posted guidelines and instructions while using the Services.

There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 that exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious virus that can cause severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Enhanced health and safety guidelines and instructions are in place to help safeguard the health and well being of our guests and staff. Therefore, should an individual not comply with these safety guidelines, MDCT Vault reserves the right to require that individual to leave the exhibition and/or discontinue access to the Services in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Anyone accessing the Services, including, without limitation, visiting a MDCT Vault exhibition, voluntarily assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with exposure to COVID-19.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not use the Services unless you are at least thirteen (13) years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services, including, without limitation, the Content:

• for any unlawful purpose;
• to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
• to violate any international, federal, provincial, state, or local regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances;
• to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; I to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
• to submit false or misleading information;  to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet;
• use the Services and/or Content for commercial purposes;
• harvest any information from the Services or Content;
• reverse engineer or modify the Services or Content;
• collecting or tracking the personal information of others;
• to spam
• to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services or any related website, other websites, or the Internet, interfere with the proper operation of or any security measure used by the Services or Content; interference of our security system online and venue exhibit.
• Use the Services or Content in a manner that suggests an unauthorized association or is beyond the scope of the limited license granted to you; or otherwise violate these Terms or any applicable Additional Terms. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services or any related website for violating any of the prohibited

All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In addition, some of the products may be incorrectly priced. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate information on pricing and availability.
